What a week! Tuesday we held our first ever Membership Class! Yesterday, we completed a local mission project which was nothing short of phenomenal! Today, worship was off the hook! All a display of lives lived from overflow!
In two days(10/16 and 23), we tore the shingles off of a house, repaired damage and installed a new roof! In two days, one senior adult couple received a $3000.00+ gift. In two days 20+ lives were blessed – changed forever. Over Two weekends, two churches came together to serve as one Church Overflowing the Love of ONE God!
If you missed it, you can check out the video. If you missed River today, you missed something fresh and new. Worship hit a new level as a room full of new faces blended with familiar erupted! I’ve never been more proud of our Band than today! The coolest comment of the day was from a visiting couple in their 70‘s, “the music was AWESOME!” Not at all what I expected to hear, but these guys got it! This has nothing to do with us, but everything to do with HIM.
What does it mean to live in a state of Overflow? Travis taught about it, but these guys have spent the weekend demonstrating it! I love my river Peeps!
